Summer Body...



I have been in a strict gym schedule for the last 2 months. Monday's and Wednesday's I do Pilates, Tuesday's and Thursdays I gym doing cardio and weights. I am determined to get the perfect summer body and what better time to start than in winter.I have never been a big exercise person but I am soo tired of complaining all the time and not being able to wear a proper bikini or shorts in summer because I feel insecure. This year is going to be different. Yes it is hard as when it rains and is freezing cold outside, the last thing I want to do is gym, but I have a gym buddy who keeps me motivated. However there is nothing more motivating than when those jeans that were to tight, finally fit!! And your legs that use to jingle, become firm and toned.
