Must have item: The pencil skirt

Pencil skirts are normally associated with interviews, board rooms and meetings. Not anymore! Wear your tight fitting skirt with a logo tee, crop top, blouse, a vest or even a white or denim shirt. I am loving this look. A touch of sophistication suitable for almost every occasion.
 I really want a leather pencil skirt for a more edgy look or wear it like Kim and go wild with animal print.

 

J&B Met 2014

It is that time of the year again for dresses, horses and champagne- The J&B Met 2014! The theme "Made to conquer- dress victorious" is one to show off something bold, strong and fierce. It has very little to do with the actual horse racing and much more to do with the dressing up. It is 2 weeks away and like every other girl (and guy) I sit with the "What am I going to wear?" question. Here are some images to get you inspired...

My favourite look of the evening has to be Ginnifer Goodwin looking completely amazing from head to toe in a gorgeous dress by Oscar de la Renta. I am in love with this Twiggy inspired look that she pulls off so well. My best dressed vote is all hers.
