Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels...

Ever had one of those months where you stop gymming, you keep eating and just let go. Then before you know it you climb on the scale and weight more than you everrrr have? That happened to me and I am over it!!! I am over feeling fat, over wearing black and oversized tops and having to avoid the mirror when im in my naked. This is the month where I start over and get back into shape. Winter is not an excuse to sit around and comfort eat. I am soo getting ready for summer now already. I want to feel comfortable in my skin and have that skinny feeling...
